On October 8th and 9th, Proside initiated a new phase with the creation of Proside Academy. This is an investment in the company skills development, which has the aim to achieve objectives and increase performance at all levels.
It was at a perfect setting, the Cowork space of LX Factory, with an atmosphere that promotes relaxation, creation and innovation that the first activity of Proside Academy occurred, a workshop involving the entire team.
Divided in two days, there were several group activities, conducted by Rui Antunes of MBR Gestão por Resultados, with the aim to strengthen ties between the team and build a strategic plan for the company's future.
At an atmosphere of discussion and brainstorming, where every idea counts, there were identified their strong and weak points, their threats and opportunities, their medium/long term objectives and their best strategies to reach them.
At this event it was shown that to overcome anything it is necessary to have the focus of the entire team, everyone must sail with the same goal. Proside’s team demonstrated that it’s prepared and willing to meet the challenges looming on the horizon.
